Unable to Connect to Server

I set up Remoter on my iMac and on my iPhone a couple of days ago. I tried using Remoter on my iPhone to log into my iMac and it worked.

Today I tried again and I'm getting the following message:

Mac Disconnected.
Computer: Mac (Host: IP address Port 0)
Unable to Connect to Server.
Make sure the computer is running RemoterFusion, and that it's not asleep.

My iMac is not asleep and it is running RemoterFusion. My router is a Billion Bipac 8800NL. The following UPnP servers have been set up by RemoterFusion:

External Port 15910 TCP Internal Port 5900
External Port 15900 TCP Internal Port 15900
External Port 15911 TCP Internal Port 5900
External Port 15901 TCP Internal Port 15901
External Port 15912 TCP Internal Port 5900
External Port 15902 TCP Internal Port 15900
External Port 15913 TCP Internal Port 5900
External Port 15903 TCP Internal Port 15901

Please can you help me work out what's going wrong and how to rectify it.

Thanks and best wishes

Philip

Thanks for your suggestion, SeniorDesignTECH. I've just posted the query to the support email address. I'll post the correspondence here when I hear back so that anyone else with similar issues can take advantage.

Best wishes

Philip

I've managed to sort this out myself and I'm blushing. I managed to get one of the login details wrong. So nothing to do with Remoter. All to do with me. Duhhhh.

Sorry to have wasted your time and thanks for your help.
