Option to remove confirmations...

Would be great if those Windows'ish confirmations like "Would you really like to close Remoter?" could be deactivated in the options.
If I press cmd-Q, I usually mean it and HATE being forced to click/press Enter again to get it done...

Best would be to remove this kind of stuff completely, but I appreciate that there might be users that like being patronized, so just an option to turn it off would be cool.
