Direct Paste inserts colon as semi-colon

Direct Paste inserts colon as semi-colon

Postby maclemming » Mon Oct 15, 2012 6:49 pm

I am using the latest 1.2.0 Remoter, and when I copy a URL from my host and paste it to the remote session (VNC and RDP) the colons get changed to semi-colons.

So the URL "https://www.google.com:443" would be inserted as "https;//www.google.com;443".

Sorry for not replying earlier. But I did read it when you posted it. Just didn't have time to get around to looking into it until now.
I can't recreate it, but I'm thinking you're using a language different than US English.

I'll post an update as I find out more.

Thanks!,
Raf.

My Keyboard settings were set to the default of Direct, but I tried using UnitedStates, and still the same thing. One correction, is that it only seems to happen with VNC sessions, and not RDP sessions.

OK, I'm back on the Mac version now. Sorry for the delay, but had to get 3.8.4 for iOS released. (It's under review now).

I'll take a look at this right now.

Thanks,
Raf.
