Design glitch

I returned from my holidays and can now post on the forums again. I tried out your latest AppStore version (1.2.0) and found a tiny design glitch. Sorry I didn't notice it before, it existed for the latest beta versions too.
When not connected to a server and thus showing the grid UI overview window the edit menu shows one horizontal ruler that shouldn't be there. Besides, the Send and Makro menus serve no function in this situation at all. Is there a way to disable them when displaying the overview window instead of a session window?
