Hi. I'm new to all these things so I'm kind of confused. I bought the app for my Mac. Then I installed the Ultra VNC on my windows and it said "Driver Installation Failed." Then I installed the Remoter Fusion on my windows. I'm trying to access it on my Mac but it said disconnected. I'm not sure if I missed something or if I'm doing something wrong. Thanks again!

Please follow the steps described here http://setup.remoterlabs.com to set up UltraVNC in your windows machine.
