remoter crashing when connecting to a specific server 2008

Hello, i just purchased remoter and i am working fine except when i try and RDP into one server. This server has terminal services enabled on it.

Hi itmanager233,
Please try disabling Bitmap Cache in the session editor. Also, make sure you don’t have a group policy defined for Terminal Servers that sets the color depth to 15bpp (or other non-standard color depth). If you do, try changing it to 16bpp (which is compatible with Remoter).

i checked these settings and this has not helped. The only colour depth setting i had was limit to 16 bit which i removed.
Any other ideas? its specifically this server, every other server works.

Is there any way you can grant me guest access to this server, I can't recreate the problem with my win2008 install.
