Hi, I can only see my guest account when I try to run the software from my iPad on my MacBook Pro... any idea?

Is this question about Remoter for Mac or Remoter VNC for iOS?

In any case, make sure you're using your Mac's username and password in Remoter's "VNC Username" and "VNC Password" fields.
