Fullscreen resolution

Hi

I am running OSX native Screen Sharing on a pre Thunderbolt mac and a Mac Book Air with Thunderbolt so I can display the pre Thunderbolt mac on the Thunderbolt display.

This works fine enough, but I'm not utilising the full screen capability. If I select fullscreen mode and scaling it doesn't expand the display, but shows only a smaller window inside the larger Thunderbolt display

There is also a bit of latency - especially when using an IDE or the Command-Tab functionality.

Would/does your solution address/improve on the native Screen Sharing application in these regards?

Hi!,

Remoter will scale the screen buffer (while maintining the aspect ratio), but latency will continue to exist, as this is mostly caused by the server, and Remoter uses the OS's VNC server (in this case ScreenSharing).

We'll be shortly (in the following weeks) be releasing a trial version of Remoter for Mac. Not sure you can wait that long, though.
